On the Ground floor is a recently fitted modern fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to

help make cooking while on holiday easy and stress free.

We have a spacious cosy living room with the original stone fireplace and exposed beams. A 2 and 3 seater contemporary sofa. A 48" Smart TV should you wish to log onto your own Netflix account, if thats not for you then we have over 200 free view channels for your enjoyment.

There is free WiFi fitted in the property.

Combined in the living room is the dining area which is comfortable and seats 6 people around our modern farm house inspired table. 

There is also a small garden room with seating to watch the world go by!

Double Bedroom with cotton bed sheets for that pure luxury hotel feel is also on the ground floor with easy access to all amenities and views into the welsh mountains.

Up stairs to the right is the newly fitted bathroom with a toilet, bath, basin and a stand alone shower. Bathroom is fitted with a unique Velux window above the bath for those clear night skies. Non slip floors and heated towel rail. The main bedroom with exposed beams has a king size bed with cotton bed linen, small TV and fitted wardrobes. Hair dryer provided.

Bedroom 2 upstairs has 2 full size single beds with crisp Egyptian cotton bed linen.

Views to the Welsh countryside, exposed beams and storage.

Outside there is parking for 2 cars through the large wooden gates, and a mature garden set back for alfresco dining and space for the children to play and make those special holiday memories.

Fitted carpets throughout the living room area and bedrooms.

Highchair available however we do ask guests to bring their own travel cots and bedding for babies and toddlers.

All bedding is anti allergy and dust mite mattress protectors.

Rose cottage has a strict no smoking or vaping policy inside the property.
We do have a sofa bed which is available upon request only.

Smoke alarms fitted and multi purpose fire extinguishers provided.

Oil central heating and double glazed throughout.

Cloak room/ porch to the property for your sandy flip flops!
